Normally the transportation of pianos is made by a FCL or LCL ocean-shipment.
In case of a small number of piano or urgent repair-request, you may choose the air-cargo shipment.
If the piano for repair is in Japan, a Piano Transportation Company’s handles it.
Regarding transportation costs, we ask the customer to bear it basically. In many cases of container shipment, customers prefer their familier shipping agent. But of course we can recommend and arrange a proper shipping agent for the customer, and invoice it later.
